Purr-fect Paws Pet Supplies is looking for a friendly, motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. If you enjoy working with people and pets and are interested in learning more about pet nutrition, health, and well-being, we’d love to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is:
- Passionate about animals and knowledgeable about their care
- Friendly, approachable, and committed to excellent customer service
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable learning about pet products and nutrition
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to new situations
- Smartphone with data
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Basic computer skills
- Clean criminal record
